My excitement about the upcoming Ricky Gervais movie, The Invention of Lying, inspired me to tell my own experience with lying in a short audio piece.
I started with a story that I wrote as a teenager, rewrote it, recorded myself reading, cleaned up the recording using Audacity, recorded music, and then pushed the music around in the recording for dramatic effect.
The piece I am sharing is a first draft. I have edits to the story, sound quality and music that my music director (Matt) and I are going to make for Wednesday. Check back for the finished product!
